Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to tables
- Manage reservations and wait lists
- Provide excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station
- Communicate wait times and seating availability to guests
- Collaborate with front of house and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
