Job Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage guest flow efficiently
- Ability to answer phone calls professionally
- Capable of working flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for long periods

Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- Coordinate and control guest flow at the door by enthusiastically greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell
- Demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their table and engaging them along the way
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly, professional manner
- Effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Be a team player and work well with others
