Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and make them feel invited
- Manage attendance and wait lists accurately, providing guests with reliable wait times
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate closely with store management and team members to uphold team synergy
- Demonstrate knowledge of the menu and promote items passionately
- Ensure a positive and fun atmosphere that aligns with CPK’s culture
- Uphold CPK’s High 5 service principles during all guest interactions
