Job Duties

greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
inform guests of wait times and monitor the wait list accurately
maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
work collaboratively with store management and team members to create a positive team environment
ensure guest satisfaction through attentive and friendly interactions
assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the host station
promote menu items and assist guests with inquiries
