Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine hospitality and professionalism
- Accurately communicate wait times to guests
- Seat guests in a clean and sanitary environment
- Accommodate guests' seating preferences and special needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- Assist in managing the flow of the dining room to optimize guest experience
- Support the team during busy periods by multitasking and assisting other staff
