Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and engaging smile
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently
- Maintain and update the waiting list during high volume periods
- Communicate clearly with guests regarding wait times and seating expectations
- Introduce guests to their servers to ensure smooth service transition
- Regularly clean and sanitize guest touch points to uphold hygiene standards
- Thank guests sincerely and invite them to return
