Job Requirements
- must be 18 years of age or older
- ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- good communication skills

- willingness to provide excellent customer service
- ability to stand and move for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality a plus but not required
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- greet and assist guests in the dining room
- manage guest relations and seating arrangements
- take and accurately record customer orders
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- participate in the tip pool and team meetings
