Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests of wait times and manage the waitlist accurately
- Maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Collaborate with store management and team members to create a cohesive team environment
- Uphold CPK’s High 5 standards in all customer interactions
- Assist in coordinating guest seating and flow
- Provide menu knowledge and promote items with enthusiasm
