- Welcome guests with the signature BJ's greeting and a genuine smile
- Maintain a fun and welcoming hospitality and lobby area
- Manage seating and dining room wait times accurately using the table management system
- Build lasting connections with guests that encourage repeat visits
- Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests promptly
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless service flow
- Uphold cleanliness and organization in the host station area
