Job Requirements
- must be at least 17 years old
- ability to effectively communicate with others
- physical ability to remain stationary and be mobile for up to four hours
- ability to lift up to 25 pounds safely
- willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shift
- ability to use disinfectant cleaning supplies
- commitment to following health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to handle physical demands of the role
- strong commitment to guest satisfaction
Job Duties
- greet guests at the door with a warm welcome and smile
- assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- maintain overall guest flow throughout the restaurant
- ensure cleanliness and safety standards by using disinfectant supplies
- transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- wear protective hand coverings and face masks as required
- communicate effectively with team members and guest dining room staff
