Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to effectively communicate with guests and team members
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service
- Ability to remain stationary and move around for long periods
- Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Willingness to wear protective hand coverings and face masks throughout shifts
- Ability to frequently wash hands using disinfecting soap

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly at the door with a friendly smile
- Assist servers in providing exceptional guest service
- Maintain overall guest flow and seating management in the restaurant
- Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from dining room, service bar, and kitchen
- Communicate clearly with team members and employees
- Follow health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
- Engage guests with a positive attitude to enhance their dining experience
