Job Requirements

  • Must be 17 years or older
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Basic knowledge of reservation and seating management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a welcoming first impression
  • Escort guests to their tables and manage guest seating efficiently
  • Take reservations and maintain a wait list to manage guest flow during busy periods
  • Coordinate with front of house team to ensure smooth operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host area
  • Support the overall dining experience by communicating guest needs and restaurant updates
