Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Basic knowledge of reservation and seating management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a welcoming first impression
- Escort guests to their tables and manage guest seating efficiently
- Take reservations and maintain a wait list to manage guest flow during busy periods
- Coordinate with front of house team to ensure smooth operations
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or concerns promptly
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host area
- Support the overall dining experience by communicating guest needs and restaurant updates
