- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
- Maintain a clean and welcoming host station and lobby area
- Provide information about menu and restaurant offerings to guests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve seating issues or complaints courteously
- Assist in managing wait lists and organizing guest flow during busy periods
