Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Engage in courteous conversation when seating guests and introducing servers
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume periods to set accurate guest expectations
- Ensure all guest touch points are regularly cleaned and sanitized
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Assist in maintaining a smooth flow of guests throughout the dining area
- Collaborate with servers and management to support overall guest satisfaction
