Job Duties
- Ensure the environment is kept safe, clean, and professional for customers as well as co-workers
- provide a luxury experience while maintaining a positive and welcoming attitude and appearance
- greet customers professionally and proactively assess their needs
- open and close cash registers and maintain accountability for cash balances
- compute sales prices and process cash or credit payments
- maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
- answer customer inquiries regarding the track experience and merchandise
- work both outside and inside the office based on racetrack needs
- keep watch for potential safety hazards
- clean merchandise shelves and maintain retail appearance
- protect business, client, and employee information
- ensure regular and consistent attendance
- perform other duties as assigned
