Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to provide friendly and attentive customer service
- effective communication skills
- capacity to manage multiple guests and tasks simultaneously
- willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand and move throughout the shift
- legal authorization to work in the united states
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- positive attitude and enthusiasm for working in a team
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- inform guests of accurate wait times and manage the waitlist
- maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- work closely with store management and team members to foster a collaborative team environment
- ensure each guest has a positive and memorable dining experience
- support team members during busy periods
- follow all company policies and procedures
