Job Requirements

Ability to lift 25-50 pounds
Ability to stand for up to 8 hours
Ability to perform motions including pushing pulling stretching and continuous use of fingers and wrists
Good communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor
Basic computer skills for order entry

Job Duties

Greeting guests promptly cheerfully and courteously
Seating guests efficiently to optimize dining flow
Answering phone calls professionally
Taking entering and packaging To-Go orders
Assisting with front-of-house operations as needed
Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the host station
Communicating effectively with servers and kitchen staff
