Job Duties
- Make and serve specialty coffee and tea beverages
- speak and interact with guests
- follow health and safety guidelines
- be punctual and able to observe regular and constant attendance
- contribute to a positive team environment
- work busy shifts and multi-task
- provide outstanding customer service and name recognition
- greet guests warmly
- set up the host stand and review reservations
- open the restaurant for business on time
- inspect dining sections and table setups
- check menus for condition
- develop a complete working knowledge of menus
- assign seating in accordance with service standards
- maintain station charts and cover counts
- answer telephones and take reservations
- serve and clear food and beverage items unobtrusively
