Job Requirements
- must be 17 years or older
- availability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- basic knowledge of customer service principles
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- escort guests to their assigned tables
- manage reservations and maintain wait lists when necessary
- provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
- assist guests with special requests or seating preferences
- coordinate with front-of-house team members to ensure smooth operations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
