Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to greet and communicate effectively with guests
- Ability to manage waitlist and seating logistics
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain composure in fast-paced environments
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Willingness to undergo training and development

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Willingness to learn and participate in training programs
- Basic organizational skills
- Previous customer service or hospitality experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage the waitlist efficiently
- Communicate wait times and updates to guests with a positive attitude
- Ensure tables and dining areas are clean and prepared for new guests
- Assist with seating guests in a timely and organized manner
- Support the dining room team to maintain smooth operations
- Provide friendly and approachable customer service
