Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and taking food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at the front door, host desk, lobby area, and crowd control
- Learn and understand restaurant seating layout, server areas, and food delivery procedures
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to company specifications
- Learn and execute curbside pickup processes and takeout expectations
- Conduct required side-work during shifts
