Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to remain stationary and walk for up to four hours
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop and lift 25 pounds
  • Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
  • Ability to wear protective hand coverings and face masks during shifts
  • Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols
  • Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Basic math skills for handling seating and orders
  • Comfortable standing and walking for long periods

  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is beneficial but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and provide a friendly welcome
  • Assist servers with guest service and restaurant operations
  • Maintain smooth guest flow and seating arrangements
  • Transport plates, glasses and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
  • Communicate effectively with team members and guests
  • Follow safety and sanitation protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent handwashing
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support restaurant efficiency
