Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Friendly and outgoing personality
Basic organizational skills
Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and team player mindset
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is beneficial

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests of wait times accurately and monitor the wait list
Maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Work closely with store management and other employees to foster a team concept
Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by embodying CPK's High 5 principles
Assist with seating guests efficiently
Support the overall operations in the dining area
