Job Requirements

Must be at least 17 years old
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to four hours
Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to wear protective hand coverings, face coverings, and masks throughout shifts
Willingness to use disinfectant cleaning supplies and wash hands frequently
Commitment to providing exceptional guest service
Availability for flexible scheduling

Job Qualifications

Effective communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
Customer service experience preferred but not required
Ability to operate in a fast-paced work setting
Basic math skills for handling seating and guest flow
Minimum age of 17 years
Ability to follow health and safety protocols
Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
Assist servers by transporting plates, glasses, and baskets between dining room, service bar, and kitchen
Maintain overall guest flow and seating arrangements in the restaurant
Communicate effectively with guests, employees, and dining room staff to ensure exceptional service
Adhere to health and safety protocols including wearing protective gear and frequent hand washing
Support teams in maintaining cleanliness and disinfecting surfaces throughout shifts
Exhibit a positive attitude and contribute to a fun and energetic work environment
