Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
- escort guests to their tables promptly and courteously
- manage reservations and waitlist efficiently
- provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate updates to guests
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
- answer guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
- coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and table turnover
