Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor
  • escort guests to their tables promptly and courteously
  • manage reservations and waitlist efficiently
  • provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate updates to guests
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and waiting area
  • answer guest inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
  • coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and table turnover
