Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service preferred
ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
must be able to stand for extended periods
ability to communicate clearly and effectively
willing to work as part of a team
reliable and punctual

Job Duties

Greet customers as they enter the restaurant
take reservations or add guests to a waiting list
distribute menus to guests

handle phone calls and respond to customer queries about the restaurant and menu
assist various restaurant staff as needed
maintain a clean and welcoming host station
