Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
ability to stand and walk for extended periods

Job Duties

answer phones with a friendly greeting
go out of your way to assist every guest
make sure all guests are comfortable and cared for
exhibit teamwork
maintain a clean and stocked restroom
effectively maintain wait and quote times
give our first-time guests an extra special welcome
communicate with serving associates to ensure speedy table turns
work hand-in-hand with door coordinator to ensure guest service
