Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Welcoming guests on arrival and managing seating efficiently
- Providing estimated wait times to guests
- Answering phone calls and redirecting or taking messages
- Scheduling and confirming dining reservations
- Keeping retail area stocked and organized
- Maintaining clean and ready lounge area
- Being the first and last point of contact for guests
