Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating guests
- Introduce guests to their servers promptly and courteously
- Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume times to set accurate guest expectations
- Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points to maintain a safe and pleasant environment
- Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
- Assist in coordinating seating to optimize service flow
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to enhance guest experience
