Job Requirements

  • Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends

  • Basic knowledge of sanitation practices

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and engage in friendly conversation when seating guests
  • Introduce guests to their servers promptly and courteously
  • Manage the restaurant waiting list during high volume times to set accurate guest expectations
  • Regularly clean and sanitize various guest touch points to maintain a safe and pleasant environment
  • Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
  • Assist in coordinating seating to optimize service flow
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to enhance guest experience
