Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Provide a great first impression by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor
  • Escort guests to tables promptly and efficiently
  • Manage reservations and maintain a wait list when necessary
  • Assist in managing the flow of guests to ensure timely seating
  • Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to facilitate smooth service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
  • Respond to guest inquiries and handle seating preferences professionally
