Job Requirements
- Must be 17 years or older
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and handle busy periods calmly
- Basic computer skills for reservation system use

Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus

Job Duties
- Provide a great first impression by greeting guests with a friendly demeanor
- Escort guests to tables promptly and efficiently
- Manage reservations and maintain a wait list when necessary
- Assist in managing the flow of guests to ensure timely seating
- Coordinate with front-of-house and back-of-house staff to facilitate smooth service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
- Respond to guest inquiries and handle seating preferences professionally
