Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Willingness to provide excellent customer service
Ability to maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
Capability to work as part of a team
Physical ability to stand and move for long periods

Job Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and passion for customer service
Prior hospitality or restaurant experience is a plus but not required
Ability to stand for extended periods
Basic math skills to manage waitlist and seating

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests of wait times and monitor the waitlist accurately
Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Collaborate with store management and team members to support a team-oriented environment
Promote the menu with enthusiasm and knowledge
Ensure a clean and organized host station
Assist with seating guests efficiently
