Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
- Basic math skills for managing wait lists
- Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- Inform guests about wait times accurately and manage the wait list
- Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- Coordinate with store management and team members to create a cohesive team environment
- Uphold the CPK High 5 service philosophy in daily interactions
- Ensure smooth seating and guest transitions throughout the dining room
- Promote the menu and provide information about food and beverages as needed
