Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- Coordinate and control guest flow at the door by greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell
- Walk guests to their table while engaging them in conversation
- Answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
- Communicate effectively with guests and fellow team members
- Work collaboratively with others as a team player
