Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to engage guests warmly and professionally
Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards
Physical ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle high volume and multitask efficiently
Positive and welcoming attitude
Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus
Ability to stand for long periods

Job Duties

Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly conversation
Manage restaurant waiting list during peak hours to set guest expectations
Introduce guests to their assigned server
Ensure various guest touchpoints are regularly cleaned and sanitized
Thank guests sincerely as they leave and invite them to return
