Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
strong interpersonal skills
basic computer proficiency
reliable and punctual
ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure

experience in guest service or hospitality preferred

Job Duties

create positive first and last impressions of guests
organize reservations and manage flow of service from a seating standpoint
answer or serve guests on the phone
direct guests to appropriate personnel
participate in functions assigned by management
assist with guest inquiries promptly
maintain smooth operation of front-of-house service
