Job Duties
- greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
- inform guests about wait times accurately while monitoring the wait list
- maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
- work closely with store management and other team members to create a team concept
- manage guest seating and dining room flow
- encourage and facilitate a fun and engaging atmosphere for guests and team members
- sell menu items passionately by sharing knowledge and enthusiasm about food and drinks
