Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Experience in a customer-facing role preferred
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English
- Availability for open interview sessions Monday through Wednesday from 2pm to 5pm
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly show them to their tables
- Manage seating arrangements to maximize efficiency and reduce wait times
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the host station and restaurant entrance area
- Handle guest inquiries and seating requests with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate with servers and other staff to ensure smooth restaurant flow
- Assist with managing reservations and waitlists during busy periods
- Provide a welcoming and friendly atmosphere that reflects the restaurant's brand values
