Job Requirements

Must provide a minimum of 1-year full service restaurant experience or equivalent
Must have accurate mathematic skills
Knowledge of menu and specials
Knowledge of restaurant layout including table numbers and station numbers
Meet personal schedule requirements punctually
Be warm, sincere, outgoing in personality
Stand for long periods of time while on duty
Move safely throughout all areas of the restaurant
Work amidst noise in confined crowded space
Move chairs, transport high chairs and/or booster seats to tables when necessary
Work nights, weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Minimum of 1-year full-service restaurant experience or equivalent
Strong mathematical skills
Familiarity with menu and daily specials
Knowledge of restaurant layout including table and station numbers

Job Duties

Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
Manage reservation calls and maintain accurate records
Accurately quote wait times and manage guest waitlists
Coordinate seating to evenly distribute tables among servers
Communicate effectively with guests and restaurant staff
Maintain cleanliness and organization of host station and waiting area
Sell and account for gift certificate sales
