Job Requirements
- Must provide a minimum of 1-year full service restaurant experience or equivalent
- Must have accurate mathematic skills
- Knowledge of menu and specials
- Knowledge of restaurant layout including table numbers and station numbers
- Meet personal schedule requirements punctually
- Be warm, sincere, outgoing in personality
- Stand for long periods of time while on duty
- Move safely throughout all areas of the restaurant
- Work amidst noise in confined crowded space
- Move chairs, transport high chairs and/or booster seats to tables when necessary
- Work nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications

- Strong mathematical skills
- Familiarity with menu and daily specials
- Knowledge of restaurant layout including table and station numbers
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage reservation calls and maintain accurate records
- Accurately quote wait times and manage guest waitlists
- Coordinate seating to evenly distribute tables among servers
- Communicate effectively with guests and restaurant staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of host station and waiting area
- Sell and account for gift certificate sales
