Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to provide friendly and welcoming service
Effective communication skills
Willingness to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must comply with all sanitation and safety standards
Eligibility to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or hospitality experience is beneficial but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent customer service
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Basic knowledge of food and beverage offerings is a plus

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests of wait times accurately and manage the wait list
Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Work closely with store management and team members to foster a cohesive team environment
Promote menu items with enthusiasm and knowledge
Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience based on CPK High 5 values
Assist with seating arrangements and coordinate guest flow efficiently
