High school diploma or equivalent
Previous customer service experience preferred
Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests about wait times and maintain an accurate wait list
Maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Collaborate closely with store management and team members to foster a team concept
Provide friendly, positive customer service to enhance guest satisfaction
Support the restaurant’s service goals by promoting menu offerings
Assist in managing dining room flow and guest seating
