Job Duties
- Interact courteously with guests including answering phones, greeting guests, seating guests, making reservations, and taking food orders
- Uphold high safety and sanitation standards by completing sanitation practices at front door, host desk, lobby area, and managing crowd control
- Learn restaurant seating layout and how tables are divided into server areas including food delivery processes
- Set and clear tables neatly and efficiently according to P.F. Chang’s specifications
- Learn the curbside process and meet takeout expectations
- Conduct required side-work for each shift
