Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- strong telephone etiquette
- familiarity with POS systems
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- physical ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Answer incoming telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner
- possess the knowledge of the POS system to ring sales
- practice complete guest service by greeting and welcoming guests
- possess knowledge of food, beverages, and merchandise served
- properly set tables
- understand mechanics of service and arrange tables for large parties
- maintain dining room, entrance (interior and exterior) restaurant throughout shift
- ensure that there are plenty of clean menus for service period
- appear and act in a professional manner
- check with manager to see if there are any large parties
- make sure server is aware when they have a table
- maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, entrance, bathrooms and menus are kept clean throughout operations
- greet each guest upon entrance and thank as they exit
- assist in cleaning and resetting of tables when necessary
- perform additional responsibilities as requested by a manager at any time
- maintain merchandise showcase as needed
