ability to provide warm and inviting guest interactions

Job Duties

greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
inform guests of wait times and manage the waitlist accurately
maintain high standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
work collaboratively with store management and team members to promote a team concept
ensure guests have memorable dining experiences by embodying the CPK High 5 principles
uphold cleanliness and organization in the host station area
support other front-of-house staff as needed
