Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Friendly and professional appearance
Ability to work as part of a team
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service preferred
Must be at least 18 years old

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome
Inform guests of wait times and manage the wait list accurately
Maintain the highest standards of service, sanitation, and hospitality
Collaborate effectively with store management and team members to ensure a cohesive team environment
Provide assistance to guests by answering questions about the menu and restaurant policies
Uphold CPK's High 5 service principles
Ensure a clean and organized front-of-house appearance
