Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
- basic knowledge of cash handling and point of sale systems
- ability to multitask

- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Responsible for greeting and seating guests
- know how to read and use the seating chart and wait list
- knowledgeable in Rib Crib products served including preparation methods, portion sizes, and prices
- discuss menu items with customers in person or over the phone
- answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate persons
- take call-in orders and answer catering questions when necessary
- oversee cleanliness and organization of cashier stand and restroom maintenance
- perform stocking services for the to go station and package to go orders
- record and analyze cash flow including opening, running and closing duties
- demonstrate willingness to assume any responsibility or perform any task to support teamwork
- perform all other duties as assigned
