High school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in customer service or restaurant environment preferred
basic knowledge of cash handling and point of sale systems
ability to multitask
strong communication skills
friendly and professional demeanor
ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Responsible for greeting and seating guests
know how to read and use the seating chart and wait list
knowledgeable in Rib Crib products served including preparation methods, portion sizes, and prices
discuss menu items with customers in person or over the phone
answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate persons
take call-in orders and answer catering questions when necessary
oversee cleanliness and organization of cashier stand and restroom maintenance
perform stocking services for the to go station and package to go orders
record and analyze cash flow including opening, running and closing duties
demonstrate willingness to assume any responsibility or perform any task to support teamwork
perform all other duties as assigned
