Job Requirements

must be 17 years or older
flexible availability including evenings and weekends
ability to stand for extended periods
basic math skills for managing reservations and seating
friendly and outgoing personality
reliable and punctual
ability to follow company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

ability to work in a fast-paced environment
strong communication and interpersonal skills

previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred

Job Duties

greet guests with a friendly demeanor and provide a great first impression
escort guests to tables and manage seating arrangements
take reservations and maintain a waitlist during busy periods
communicate effectively with the front of house team to ensure smooth service
handle guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed
maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
assist in coordinating guest flow during peak hours
