Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
Manage the flow of guests by coordinating seating arrangements and maintaining an organized waiting list
Provide accurate wait times and communicate any delays to guests
Escort guests to their tables and ensure they are comfortable
Answer phone calls and assist with reservations or inquiries
Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any concerns or issues
Assist with bussing and resetting tables as needed
Handle and coordinate to go orders for customers
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism
