Job Requirements
- Flexible schedule with availability for shifts as early as 7 a.m. and as late as 2 a.m.
- Full time (30 hours or more) or part time (30 hours or less) availability
- State Food Handler's Certification
- Responsible Alcohol Service Certification
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
Job Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for hospitality and making guests feel welcome
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with reservation software is a plus
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests entering the restaurant while maintaining communication with service staff
- Maintain an enjoyable and organized waiting area
- Manage reservations and guest waitlists efficiently
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth flow during peak times
- Uphold restaurant cleanliness and organizational standards
- Provide exceptional customer service and serve as a friendly ambassador of the brand
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve dining-related issues promptly
