Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage

- Basic knowledge of restaurant operations beneficial
Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Answer phone calls and provide information to guests
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Manage guest seating and waitlists effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and attention to detail in the hosting area
- Assist in creating a positive and friendly environment for guests
- Support the restaurant team with additional front-of-house duties as needed
