Job Duties
- Provide a warm welcome to each guest who calls or visits the restaurant
- effectively coordinate and control guest flow by greeting arrivals, seating, and providing a warm farewell
- demonstrate hospitality by walking guests to their table and engaging them during the interaction
- answer incoming restaurant calls in a friendly and professional manner
- communicate effectively with guests and team members
- work well as a team player
- maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times
